|
Founder partner of KDP, he is one amongst the elite
professionals to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in
1955. He has extensive experience in
the field of direct taxation and audit. He has also
served on the Board of the Taxation Committee of Indian
Merchant Chambers. He has a commendable track record
as a arbitrator in disputes and as a mediator in family
settlement matters. He currently devotes a significant
portion of his time in educating the downtrodden, but
is equally active as a mentor to the younger members
of the team.

| Sanjeev Kamdar -

|
Qualified as a chartered accountant in
1989 with all India merit position in both the intermediate
(17th) and final (4th) examinations.
He did his articleship with an internationally renowned
consulting firm in Mumbai. He travels extensively outside
India and has played a pioneering role in expanding
our Non resident Indian (NRI) client base. Besides,
he has been a catalyst in expanding the portfolio of
the firm’s services from the traditional audit
and taxation to a range of services like representative
office, consultancy for start up ventures of Non resident
Indians in India, project finance etc.

| Urmil Shah - FCA |
|
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and joined
us immediately on qualification. He has effectively
partnered in the growth of the firm since then. His
forte lies in direct taxation and audit. He has effectively
handled corporate restructuring, ERP implementation
and other special assignments in India and abroad. He
has successfully completed a course on “Business
Consultancy” organised by a prestigious management
institute in Mumbai.

2002. He has a remarkable academic and extracurricular
record and has previously worked with a big four accounting
firm. He specialises in FEMA, financial modelling, business

audits. He plays a key role in servicing our Non resident
Indian (NRI) clientele.

A multiple degree holder; he has prolific experience
as a business consultant, having worked with the Strategy
group of Arthur Andersen for 3.5 years. He has enabled
some of the world's largest BPO Companies to set up
operations in India. Having extensively travelled abroad,
his experience as a business consultant ranges from
developing complex financial models to detailed business
plans for start-ups and expansion project.

He is a practicing advocate and solicitor with 18 years
of experience in NRI investment and taxation, trade
laws in India and structuring of mergers, acquisitions
and joint ventures. He has worked as a legal consultant
with Reliance Industries Limited, the largest private
sector company in India as also in the International
Tax department of a renowned accounting firm in India.
He has successfully handled joint ventures in India
& abroad.
